Genovique™ Specialties Successfully Completes the Pre-Registration Phase of the EU’s REACH Program
December 1, 2008 - The first phase of the European Union’s Registration, Evaluation and Authorization of Chemicals (REACH) program has closed as of 30 November 2008. Pre-Registration is the first step in the new European chemical regime and provides companies with an extended timeframe within which to submit Registration dossiers by substance. With the successful completion of Pre-Registration, Genovique™ has been assured Registration deadlines of December 2010, June 2013 and June 2018, dependent upon the manufactured or imported volume by substance.
